Who we are
Shell Mill is a small, third-generational stone ground grist mill, locally operated in the heart of Jonesborough, Tennessee.
All of our products are made the traditional way using non-GMO yellow, white and seasonal varieties of corn- milled by our fully restored 1930’s Meadows Mill.
We also have a 1916 stone grist mill that we set up at events or book for live demonstrations.
